For example, if your grand father was Charles Mason that makes you automatically a serial killer. Furthermore, if your grandfather was a bank robber, then your kids are automatically bank robbers.
No money back on any paid in fulls or deposits. When you buy a dog or pup. If he drops an eye on the way home, you have a ione eye dog. If he breaks a leg you have a 3 legged dog. All deposits will be transfer to the next litters I would made available at the same price or more. No walmart here!
This go out to show, how much careful I, as a responsible breeder, must be when selecting good, honest people to buy our pups. This month I have an older man in Montana, who wants the dog to learn how to open the door, and help his wife have a good time. Incredible! Thank GOD, since we work so hard to select our pet prospect owners to ensure our pets always go into good hands.
In the other hand, there is no guarantee on who is who, like a Toyota dealership prediction: what someone is going to do with one of their cars, buying it for the purpose of using it as a get-away car. Our dog best merit is the way they are loving, and hard workers.

When purchasing a puppy/dog from Openhouse Kennels, I SWEAR AND AGREE that my puppy/dog will not be used for any illegal purposes that violate the 1976 Animal Welfare Act or any state or federal laws. In no moment or time during my conversations, and communications, Openhouse kennels talked about any illegal activities. I, the buyer was told not to engage into any illegal activities, and that Openhouse Kennels is against dog fighting, and animal abuse. I respect all the federal laws, and state laws. The puppy/dog I am purchasing will either be a pet, breeding stock, used for conformation shows, weight pulling, or boar hunting (if permitted by the state I currently reside in). I the buyer am not a dog fighter, or engage in any illegal activities, such a dog fighting. I the buyer am a responsible for any doings of my pup/dog from this date…………. The seller Openhouse kennels is not responsible in any way or form, for anything that this pup/dog may do including a dog bite to a person or animal or anything else.
Also the buyer agrees not to sell this pup/dog or it’s descendants to someone who might fight these dogs. The seller promotes the positive side of the APBT and the positive usage of the breed.
I also agree that my dog will receive the proper care and nutrition a healthy dog requires. By this, I mean that my dog will get his/her yearly vaccination for rabies and yearly health shots for parvo, corona virus, and others as required by my state laws. The best food and vet care. I will also register my dog with the city animal control if required. I was informed by the seller that the dog/puppy (s), are sold as is. There are no warranties of any kind. If the dog drops an eye the day I get it I have a one eyed dog, if the dog breaks a leg, I then I have a 3 legged dog. Every sale and purchase is as is. By signing this I agreed 100% to all these terms and conditions. NO DOGS WILL BE SHIPPED OUT OF TEXAS. YOU MUST PICK UP YOUR NEW PUP.
There are some rules on how to get a pup from us.
1) You most prove that you have a good job for more that 2 years
2) You have to fax us our purchase agreement.
3) You need to have 2 people that know you for more than 2 years and that can be use as reference to show that you are a good pet owner.
4) Any proof of previous good care to pets, pictures, vet letters, etc.
5) We reserve the right to deny a sale to anyone who we feel can not be an appropriate pet owner.
6) We will discount the price of a pup, or breeding to any celebrity that can/will promote the positive image of the breed. I may even give one away to someone that can show the world how great these pets are.
Buyers will make arrangements to pick up all dogs/puppies sold with the seller.
I ACCEPT AND AGREE THAT A COPY OF MY SIGNATURE ON COMPLETED CONTRACT RETAINS SAME LEGAL STANCE AS ORIGINAL.
Fax all the agrement to 1888-892-9201 Once I get the contract you will go tru a third party verification to make sure you agree to all the terms. Them I will provide you with the information so you can send your payment.
